I’ve said this numerous times before, I’m sure but I’m terrible with eating breakfast. For that matter, I’m terrible at making sure that I’m meeting my own nutritional needs. The kids? Not a problem. But not me. I might eat by noon most days, but otherwise? I’m not great. I’m trying to get better with that and one way I’m getting there is by making sure I eat a filling breakfast. When I have a balanced breakfast, I can stay energized for the morning.

I know, from experience, that I have a better day overall when I have a better morning. And a better morning usually involves some sort of breakfast.

One of my favorite meals to have for breakfast, in fact, is fried rice. I get my protein, vegetables, and grains in one dish. But, I don’t always have the time for breakfast. Or, at the very least, by the time I get around to making my own breakfast; it’s already closer to lunch.

I have, however, recently found a solution that fits into my lifestyle. And, even better, meets my nutritional needs. You see, I have problems with food triggered migraines. Because of that, I have to watch what I eat unless I want to end up with a migraine and upset stomach.

Label reading has become one of those normal things while I’m at the grocery store.

So, when I found Ling Ling Fried Rice in the freezer section of our local market, I was beyond pleased.

Inspired by Asian recipes from China, Korea, Japan, and Thailand; Ling Ling Fried Rice provides clean dishes with high quality ingredients and- no preservatives, artificial flavors, or colors.

Those last three are so huge for someone like me.

The delicious flavor options include:

  • Yakitori Chicken
  • Yakiniku Beef
  • Thai-Style Chicken
  • Chinese-Style Vegetable
  • Bibimbap Beef

What’s more, if I really want to make sure that I have time to eat and not have to spend a lot of time cooking; I can make my Ling Ling fried rice quickly.

Not only do I enjoy it, but my youngest daughter and s/o did as well. So on those busy nights when you have no time or energy to cook? Let Ling Ling fried rice take center stage. What I love about this, is that your entire meal is pretty much taken care of.

How great is that?

I admit, my preschooler was kind of skeptical at first (but that was at the worry of finding peas in her food), but after she saw both mom and dad trying it; she was convinced that it was okay.

So when it gets her stamp of approval, I know it passes the family friendly meal idea test.

A great meal choice for any time of the day- for you or your family, if you’d like to try Ling Ling fried rice, I’m so pleased to share a $2 coupon with you.
