I will preface by saying that these are inspired by the children’s book Brown Bear, Brown Bear, What Do You See? and that I am in no way, shape, or form affiliated with Bill Martin Jr. or Eric Carle. This is my first attempt at creating printable Valentine’s Day cards for kids and I hope to have a few more ready for you soon. Printable Blog Goal Worksheets

Printable Blog Goal Worksheets

I’m a very goal oriented person. It helps me to put things in perspective and gives me a more clear path as to how to achieve what I want. Sometimes I set small goals, sometimes it’s big goals. And sometimes it’s small goals that lead towards a bigger goal. Whatever the case may be, I’ve found that setting goals helps me out and keeps me on track. This applies to many aspects of my life- be it household, money, or blogging. For example, one of my goals for next year is to earn a steady part time income from blogging. Right now it’s touch and go and I’d love to see that become stable. I have a plan, almost in place, for reaching that goal….

Teaching Kids To Give Back

This shop has been compensated by Collective Bias, Inc. and its advertiser. All opinions are mine alone. #GiveHappiness #CollectiveBias Though it’s an important concept to work on throughout the year, during this time of the year, it’s a great time to start teaching kids to give back. Or, if you’d rather, you can call it paying it forward. Whatever the case may be, it’s the time of year that I think is ideal to teach this all important lesson. Along with teaching kids gratitude, empathy, respect, and manners; teaching kids to give back is one of my top and foremost priorities. I feel that it truly does go a long way in life when they learn to give back. But how can we go about…

2016 Holidays and Observances

I’m not sure if I’ve ever mentioned it, but I have such a fascination with holidays and observances. Sometimes I’ll look for ways to incorporate them into my own traditions when it comes to holidays and other times, I just enjoy learning about different holidays. Practically every day of the year has some sort of holiday or observance connected to it, and every month stands for something different as well. That’s why, for this week’s Freebie Friday, I’ve complied together a full listing of 2016 holidays and observances. I will admit that it was supposed to be out last year, but I updated as much as I could on the original file. This printable pack would be great for bloggers looking to plan their editorial…
