How to Start Removing the Junk Food From Your Diet

How to Start Removing the Junk Food From Your Diet

And by junk, I mean anything that isn’t healthy or useful in my life. This applies to food, clutter, items that I’ve been holding on to for whatever reason or another… you name it. As a family we’re taking steps this year to detoxify and with Lent here, I think that this is a perfect time to becoming really…

And with Squeaker starting to get into the holidays as well, this is also an ideal time to learn more about world culture. One way that we’re doing that this year is with my new printable holiday and activity calendar. My goal is to make a perpetual calendar so all we have to do is write in the year. How to Create a Smarter Cleaning Schedule

I would love to tell you that I clean on a daily basis, but that would be a flat out lie. I try to clean on a daily basis but that doesn’t always pan out how I would like. As I’d once read on the internet, cleaning with children around is like brushing your teeth with a mouthful of Oreo cookies. But that’s not for lack of trying. For me, it’s a matter of creating a smarter cleaning schedule. Sometimes trying to clean during the day, when she’s wide awake, makes absolutely no sense. I might get something done but I won’t get it all done. That’s all well and good but what else can I get done daily to help make the rest of…
