Squeaker’s hair isn’t quite long enough to really style. Yet. I can get a tiered ponytail, pig tails, one ponytail.. and if I tried, I *might* be able to get braids. But we haven’t yet reached the point of long hair just yet. That won’t stop me from looking for hairstyles for toddlers and maybe next year I’ll be able to do some of these Christmas hairstyles for younger girls with her. Either as a casual thing, for her birthday, church, or family photos if we should have them done. If that’s the case, I’ll have to go looking for mommy and me hairstyle ideas as well, but we’ll see what we see next year! Some of these are outside of my own ability level…

I love bacon and I will put it in almost everything that I cook. I’ve put it in spinach and artichoke dip and it was delicious. I put it in my stuffed meatballs, and it is delicious. Add it in to shredded chicken risotto? Again, it is delicious. There really isn’t a lot that I won’t put bacon in, so something like spaghetti carbonara is right up my alley. Granted, it’s usually made with pancetta and not bacon, but it tastes pretty similar right? So when I got inspired to twist up a carbonara recipe, I kept the bacon but put in two non-traditional ingredients. I’m a very goal oriented person. It helps me to put things in perspective and gives me a more clear path as to how to achieve what I want. Sometimes I set small goals, sometimes it’s big goals. Though we mostly associate Thanksgiving with family and food, there’s another aspect of Thanksgiving that’s become just as much a part of my traditions. And that would be television. Oh yes. For example, I start my day by watching the Macy’s Thanksgiving Day parade. Then I wait (sometimes patiently) for football to start. But surely there are other options, right? I have plans to do a few sets of printable packs based on social concepts. I’ve already done two on feelings and emotions, but I wanted to get into other realms as well. So, to start I’m going to share a printable pack based on manners. It’s something that we’re working on with Squeaker and with Sweet B.
