Pork Marsala Casserole

Recently we’ve taken to using pork in our recipes instead of chicken. I enjoy cooking with pork and I find it to be an incredibly diverse meat that won’t quite break the bank like beef. While I haven’t tried substituting it in any red meat based recipes, I’m finding that it does substitute nicely in chicken recipes. I have a love for handprint crafts. I think that they’re a lot of fun to do with kids, especially when you do the same ones year after year because you can see just how much your child has grown.
