Yoga has been touted as an exercise that almost anyone can do. But is yoga really for everyone? Do you really think that everyone who owns and wears a pair of yoga pants is a die hard practitioner? I wear yoga pants because they’re comfortable but I also wear them when I’m doing yoga. Even though Easter has passed, I still wanted to take a look at some of the Easter traditions in the United States. Because we are such a cultural melting pot, which I think is a beautiful thing, many of the traditions that we have are borrowed or adapted from other countries and cultures.
