100+ Valentine’s Day Ideas for Toddlers

As I attempt to get back on track with my 14 Days of Valentines series (which, at this rate, won’t be finished on time but will still culminate with the Gift Guide), I’m just going to post what I had planned and hopefully get to everything. For today, that includes 100+ Valentine’s Day Ideas for Toddlers (crafts & activities only) while I finish up the printable packs that I’m working on and a few more free printables (love themes, kid friendly Valentine themed quotes, printable Valentine’s Day cards) to share and some exclusives for my mailing list. That all being said, I bring you day 6 of 14 Days of Valentines: 100+ Valentine’s Day Ideas for Toddlers I’m hoping to get to a few of…

Budget Friendly Date Night Ideas

Welcome to Day 5 of 14 Days of Valentines! Today, I want to talk about budget friendly date night ideas but before I get into that, I do have a small confession to make. While I am doing a 14 Days of Valentines, I don’t really celebrate Valentine’s Day itself. I like to decorate for the holiday, I like baking for the holiday, and there’s a multitude of children’s crafts and activities that I enjoy doing. But as far as celebrating Valentine’s Day in terms of buying gifts or giving gifts- no thanks. I’ve always felt that Valentine’s Day was becoming too commercialized and I’m not really a materialistic person. Plus, if you’re just going to reserve this one day of the year to go…

Valentine’s Day Dishes and Drinks

Welcome to Day 3 of 14 Days of Valentines! Today, it’s all about the food we eat and the drinks we drink. Desserts will be in their own post and I’ll also feature Kid Friendly desserts next week. We don’t really prepare anything special for Valentine’s Day (as we tend to treat it like any other day of the year), but you could also use these recipes for anytime of the year. Or you could do a red themed dinner night for a party- really, just use your imagination and don’t limit yourself! You could also do a few of these for a 4th of July celebration. Valentine’s Day Dishes and Drinks Start off your day with this delicious Strawberry Raisin French Toast from Mom…

Gift Basket Ideas for Valentine’s Day

Welcome to Day 2 of the 14 Days of Valentines series! Today I wanted to touch on something that almost ties into an early career ambition of mine. When I was a SAHM with Sweet B, I wanted to start my own home based business. I looked into direct selling and actually got pretty far with Avon and Home Interiors but I waned to do something else. One of the options I considered was gift baskets. Gift baskets are a great idea for anytime of the year but I love them especially at this time of the year. Whether you’re buying a gift basket from a company or you’re making it yourself, a gift basket is sure to be an appreciated gift. With that said,…
