If health and wellness has taken a back seat for you since becoming a mom, you are in the right place! It seems that I always have the best of intention to get fit and stay fit. But then I start finding excuse after excuse. And it becomes one of those maybe someday things. Well, I don’t know about you but I am ready to make a change. Whether it’s through my diet, exercise routine, or health tips; I am on a fitness journey for lifelong health and wellness. I am so happy to share these health and fitness tips for busy moms like me.
Since having my 3rd child, I’ve struggled to get in shape. Sure, a lot of it has to do with my own doing. Or lack of doing. Along the way I’ve tried numerous at home workouts, joined a gym, and tried countless other things.
In 2017, I decided that I was finally going to do something about it and make it happen. I joined Beachbody in January and now I am documenting my fitness journey. Along the way, I’ll also share tips, health and wellness advice, and diet information.
