Thank you to Emerald® for sponsoring this conversation and helping us to be mindful about the importance of having breakfast every day.
Breakfast, as the old saying goes, is the most important meal of the day. And yet, there are still many people who skip breakfast. I was one of those people up until a few years ago. I really did start to see the difference, however, when I started eating breakfast regularly. I think it makes a huge difference and definitely has an impact on how the rest of my day goes.
One of the new options that I’ve explored is Emerald Breakfast On the Go!™ Nutty Bites.
Packed with nutritious goodies like nuts and granola in a variety of delightful flavors, this is one of my new go-to breakfast options for a quick breakfast option. S0me mornings are definitely more hectic than others and I don’t always have the time to sit down at leisure. With the Breakfast on the Go Nutty Bites, I know that I can just grab a pouch and snack or combine them with vanilla yogurt.
I do enjoy a good breakfast parfait from time to time, but I’ve also found that just stirring this into my yogurt is equally delicious. I wonder how it would make for a coffee flavored smoothie.
Kyle and I have also found that these nutty bites are a tasty option for a movie snack.
This particular blend includes two types of flavored almonds, granola, and chocolate covered espresso beans. For me this is a definite win. I love almonds, and well the boost from the chocolate covered espresso beans is welcomed at any time of the day.
You can find Breakfast on the Go Nutty Bites at your local Walmart or online:
We found ours in the Breakfast aisle with the cereal and things. Up on the top shelf, of course, which is usually the bane of my existence as I stand all of 5’3 3/4 (and yes- that 3/4 does matter!).
