Are you ready to go from surviving to thriving?
Thriving as an autistic mom
This world was not meant to support us properly. And it’s time to change that.
Are you struggling with these things as an autistic mom?
Time management, productivity, organizing, prioritizing, home management
Coping strategies, anger control, self-control, sensory overload strategies
Workplace accommodations, job skills, disclosing (and when to do it), self-awareness, healthy boundaries, processing the diagnosis
Parenting autistic children as an autistic mom
How I can help you go from surviving to thriving
We’ll work together over the course of 6 months to develop custom strategies to support you in the areas that you need the most.
During our first session together, we’ll develop your goals and then from there you’ll receive weekly sessions to stay on track to meet those goals.
Daily Routine Planner
Predictable routines and functional schedules have been one of the biggest differences for me.
But, I also recognized that a traditional planner just wasn’t going to work.
That’s why, I created my own system and I now want to share that with you.
If you are looking for a safe space to unmask, ask questions, and get support? Look no further than my free community:

Weekly trainings are planned as well as fun things to further support each other.
