I am what you might call a holiday junkie. Not the holiday in which you take a vacation, but learning about different holidays and celebrations. Christmas is my all time favorite holiday, so I also love to learn more about the various holidays and celebrations that take place at this time of the year. And with Squeaker starting to get into the holidays as well, this is also an ideal time to learn more about world culture. One way that we’re doing that this year is with my new printable holiday and activity calendar.
My goal is to make a perpetual calendar so all we have to do is write in the year. It’s on my seemingly never-ending to-do list but a project that I think is well worth taking up.
Printable Holiday and Activity Calendar
Now, this particular holiday calendar includes symbols for the following December holidays:
- Saint Nicholas Day
- Saint Lucia Day
- Poinsettia Day (can also be used for Las Posadas)
- Boxing Day
- Winter Solstice
The activities are somewhat scarce but because I neglected to save a draft copy of my calendar, I needed to create a new document for the extra activities.
I’m hoping to create more printable products (for free, for my Content Club, and for sale) with the graphics here. So, if you have any suggestions, please do let me know! Most of the time when I create these printables, it’s for personal use and then I share them. But if my readers are in need of something I am always happy to try!
I can also let you know that I will have 2017 calendars available soon. Both for free download and for my Content Club members. The Content Club is 100% free to join when you sign up for my newsletter. I’m not great and sending out newsletters so you won’t get too many from me. I am planning on opening a shop soon with digital products. Newsletter subscribers will be the first to know about that and will also have exclusive discounts and coupons.
Let’s get to those downloads!
