Squeaker’s hair isn’t quite long enough to really style. Yet. I can get a tiered ponytail, pig tails, one ponytail.. and if I tried, I *might* be able to get braids. But we haven’t yet reached the point of long hair just yet. That won’t stop me from looking for hairstyles for toddlers and maybe next year I’ll be able to do some of these Christmas hairstyles for younger girls with her. Either as a casual thing, for her birthday, church, or family photos if we should have them done. If that’s the case, I’ll have to go looking for mommy and me hairstyle ideas as well, but we’ll see what we see next year!
Some of these are outside of my own ability level but with practice, I’ll get there. In the meantime, it doesn’t hurt to try and at least get her used to sitting and letting me do her hair. She will sit still long enough for me to brush her hair and then put it into pigtails. We’re working on other, more intricate hairstyles in the meantime.

Do you have a little girl or girls in your life? Would you try one of these Christmas hairstyles for younger girls with them?
